Participants experience a range of cardio, resistance, and team orientated exercises to ensure you get the most from each session. All equipment is provided for your exercise convenience and best of all, it doesn’t matter what you fitness level is – all exercises are modified to suit all abilities. There is no commitment to sign-up for four or six weeks as the sessions run throughout the year.
