Before Your Visit
To help you get the most from your session, please follow these simple guidelines:
Start with the sauna, then cool down with a shower before your ice bath.
Limit each ice bath immersion to a maximum of three minutes.
Swimwear is required. Towels are available to hire if needed.
Please rinse thoroughly before entering the ice bath.
